ATG means Art Theater Guild, it was an indie film production company in Japan during the 60s-late 80s, producing some of the most interesting japanese artistic films (more details here). The company also published a magazine, it had reviews, interviews, plus full scripts for each films produced by ATG (great material for fansubbers).

An interesting project (we have all the ATG pamphlets at Yale). But I hate to say it: this is of very dubious legality. Did you get permission from ATG? Toho likely has the rights for this. Doing this is like taking issues of any 1960s book and uploading it on the net. You’d get sued if it was a US journal.
