What a great way to start the week! This is Takashi Miike remaking Eiichi Kudo’s classic chambara 13 Assassins, about an official lord sending secretly 13 samurai to kill an evil lord, which is the shogun’s brother. Twichfilm described the film as a “samurai-era Dirty Dozen”! Coming out in Japan on September 25!
