The exclusive 10-min longer version of Shinya Tsukamoto’s cult film Tetsuo (1989) will be coming out in Japan on May 15, few days before the theatrical release of Tetsuo 3 (a smart commercial move indeed).
There are no more details about “Tetsuo: The First Cut“. But whatever its quality, this should become a hit, as suggested by Tsukamoto himself. After all, we’re just talking about 10 new more minutes of cyberpunk craziness!

duh, I just pre-ordered the theatrical version yesterday. To cancel or not to cancel…
When they release the bluray in North America, hopefully they will use this version.
