In November ’09, Nikkatsu announced the creation of Sushi Typhoon, a new label to produce japanese genre films like Tokyo Gore Police… Some famous directors will make films for this label; Noboru Iguchi, Yoshihiro Nishimura, Sion Sono, Takashi Miike…
Hopefully, because these films should be released in North America, the label has opened a twitter account to share new details… in english!! And, an official website should be going live really soon! But what can we expect?
We hope to bring you blogs, video diaries and live feeds from the filmmakers as they work on completing the films that will make up The Sushi Typhoon!
