On June 16th 2009, french label HK Video is planning to release a 2nd Teruo Ishii DVD box set in France. Without real surprise, it will include:
› Femmes Criminelles (The Joy of Torture, 1968)
› Déviances & Passions (Love and Crime, 1969) [Trailer]
› Loi Yakuza (Yakuza’s Law, 1969).
Retail price announced is 44,99€ (That’s not even a joke!!!!).

Will I pay 45€ for a decent Yakuza’s Law, although it will have the usual blue / pink transfer? When I already have superior editions of the two other films (HK Video’s Joy of Torture and Love & Crime will surely be ntsc to pal concversions).
