Tsai Ming-Liang's FACE: Stills, Poster & On-Set Video!

Taiwanese director Tsai Ming-Liang‘s new film Face (Visages) is commissioned by the Louvre Museum. It’s said to be a variation of St John the Baptist and Oscar Wilde’s Salome. Starring Laetitia Casta, Jean-Pierre Léaud… Sounds very French Nouvelle Vague!

The movie will premiere at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.

When TML said “that is going to be crazy”. Well, he wasn’t lying:

Such a strange and beautiful movie poster deserves an entire topic
