Sakura Kyo meets a beautiful woman, Akihara Kaori, who owns a restaurant. She is the mistress of Naya, the president of Japan Development Company, who makes money by buying cheap land and boosting the price of the land later by using his influence. Kyo and Kaori decide to join forces to share Naya’s profits.
